All contracts for 10 X 10 exhibit space and Bead Bazaar table tops (see links above) can be printed and faxed, emailed or mailed in to Las Vegas Management at the location listed on the contracts. Please note that there have been changes made to the contract, so please read it carefully.
We ask that you fill out all information, sign and send back along with your deposit. All space must be secured with a deposit. We will not hold space without it. If you are going to pay your deposit with a company check and need an invoice, please let me know and I will be happy to send you one. All space not contracted by COB July 8, 2011 will be posted online for public sale.
Also note on the contract that if final booth payment is not paid before date indicated, you will not be permitted to set up your exhibit.
If you are paying your deposit with a credit card, please note if the card can be automatically charged for the balance on due date and initial.
A reminder to all, please go online to www.glasscraftexpo.com and register for the mailing list (if you have not already) to receive your show catalog as soon as it is ready. Also, beginning early November, please go online to reserve your room at the hotel. Please book early and online to insure your room. The rates are $55.00 (Sun - Thurs) $90.00 (Fri & Sat). Remember, if you book multiple rooms, each has to have an individual name.
