If you are an instructor who wishes to submit proposals for the 2013 Glass Craft & Bead Expo please fill out the forms that are listed below. One is a class description sheet and the other a class requirements sheet. A copy of each sheet should be submitted with each class that you propose. We also require a brief resume and biography. All submissions must be in by June 20th, 2012 to be considered for a teaching position.
