Wholesale Buyers make sure to select the check box for wholesale buyer registration at the bottom of the page
Agree to the waiver documentation
Select classes you wish to attend and add them to your shopping cart
Complete Payment information at checkout
Please do not press "Pay Now" more than once or refresh the payment page as this could result in a double charge
Success! Please make sure you receive a confirmation email and everything is correct
To make any changes after you have completed your registration, log in below with the email and password you created the first time you registered.
